⊱ Shiro has an animagus ability. Capable of transforming into any animal at any given time. He got this quirk from his mother.
⊱ Shiro also has Ice Manipulation from his father, in which he's capable of encasing a single feather in ice and using it as a blade or a dart in which the enemy becomes cloaked within a sheet of ice. Shio can summon ice at any given time thanks to his wings.
⊱ Able to preform Close Combat and Long Range Combat.
⊱ Like Hawks, he can manipulate his feathers at will and preform individual tasks with them. His wings are sensitive but sturdy and flexible when his quirk is active.
⊱ The more feathers used, the less stable he is during flight.

General Information
❯ Shiro is known for being materialistic just as his Zodiac sign says. He often tries to make and keep friends by buying them things for the purpose of making them happy. This is viewed as unhealthy but not only does it make others happy - it makes him happy too. (Still unhealthy though!)
❯ Shiro's parents are heavily wealthy and married due to their quirks. Similar to Endeavor and Rei's story on quirk marriages. Yahiko kept his son hidden most of his life from the public, which means he knows very little about heroes and villains. However, when his father went away on long term missions, his mother Hana would teach him as much as she possibly could about the outside world. Yahiko is part of the Elite Police Force in Northern Japan and felt the need to protect his only child from dangerous quirk-users.
As a mother, Hana was very nurturing and caring towards her son. Often times her and Shiro would plant flowers in the garden outside, venture in the mountains, and work together at a vet clinic. When Yahiko was around, he taught Shiro about hunting within the mountains so in short he knows the importance of Life and Death.
Shiro is capable of being poetic as well. As a child, he stayed around his grandparents. They taught him about folklore and strengthened his imagination and personality.
Traveling to Musutafu, he came across Hawks's face on billboards, magazines, television screens and even his own brand on clothing. Out of curiosity he tracks his cousin down and talks to him. One night, Shiro went out stalking Hawks during a mission and stumbled upon Dabi. The two of them would often see each other and exchange friendly insults. Hence how they fell in love.
This brings us to the classic Romeo and Juliet story where Shiro has to pick a side. Heroes or Villains.
